The Astrella Law Firm

Astrella Law, P.C. is Colorado's premier oil and gas law firm for landowners. Our primary focuses include oil and gas leasing, surface use negotiations, environmental issues, contractual disputes, property ownership, Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission regulations, and antitrust violations. Our firm has a nationwide reputation for negotiating and litigating issues on behalf of individuals and large groups of people who own surface and/or mineral land rights. Our clients include landowners of all types - ranchers, farmers, mineral owners, developers, municipalities, and local governments.

Astrella Law strives to exceed client expectations by creating effective strategies that bring positive results.  Our lawyers and legal professionals adhere to the highest standards of legal excellence and service.  We are widely respected for the depth of our industry knowledge and for being responsive, experienced, insightful, and able to articulate clearly our clients’ options and our legal advice.

While clients of Astrella Law oppose or are opposed by members of the energy industry, our firm strongly supports prudent energy and natural resource development.  It is the belief of our firm that a balance can be achieved between energy development and its impact on the land, water, and other natural resources.  It is the goal of our firm to achieve that balance through vigorous representation of the interests of our clients.
